This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
My friend is almost done ^^ I hope you have an opening ^^

TG: oh have you heard from john TT: I suspect he is preoccupied with the fact that he just had a bucket of water dumped on his head by the ghost of his dead grandmother, who also happens to be dressed like a clown.

When you contact me with intent to commission, I don't ask for details because most of the time I might be too busy to take one and I wouldn't want you to have to gather references just to be turned down.
How it works is like this: 1) You email me with a vague idea of what you want, your budget, and your time frame that you'd want a piece done by (for people who want pieces to give to others for birthdays or holidays).
2) I email back either to give you an estimate of what you can expect from your budget or a notice of denial, with reasons why I can't take your commission.
3) If the terms I laid out are acceptable (the estimate of what to expect), then you can then talk in however much detail you can give.
4) Here, based on what kind of commission it is, I will produce a sketch or rough piece for your approval.
5) If the sketch is approved, this step is payment in full.
6) From the approved sketch, I finish the piece ASAP, usually within 48 hours.
So you see, the first email isn't for references, it's just to see if a spot is open on my list and to make sure you are okay with the price of the piece, as I don't use a flat price system like many people do. I work on hourly rates.
Anyway, if you'd like to contact me, DA notes are acceptable though my email is preferable (which you can find on that commission page).
I have a question!! What setting do you have your pen on in SAI? I noticed in your stream that it would go on the canvas in streaks and looked really nice, but mine always seem to come out in blobs no matter what setting I seem to put it on!!
Hmm, I think that's just a matter of your tablet being calibrated a little too softly- turn the pressure sensitivity to "firm" a little bit more and it shouldn't blob up like that at the start of a stroke.
